Dropping A Deuce

I been preoccupied with getting back into my Ft. Wayne life I have neglected my blog. I figured I at least better change the background. I am happy to report that Quiche is doing quite well. She actually ventured out of the coop the other day. She just hops around on one foot and lays down a lot. In the mornings I have to take the chickens to a temporary pen so that they are out of the way of the workers residing our barn. They follow me like I'm the pied piper, but I have to carry Quiche. I think they finally remembered who I am, or at least who has the food.

Steve and Robbie visited last weekend. Julian took a liking to Uncle Robbie and Uncle George as he called them. Nicholas was kind of partial to Steve. Nicholas doesn't buddy up to too many people, so Steve should feel special. At one point, Nicholas came up from the basement where he and Steve and Julian were playing a video game. Nicholas came up to me and says: "Nanu! Uncle Steve dropped a deuce in the basement." "Really?" I say. "Because there isn't a bathroom in the basement." "It was an air deuce." says Steve. Nicholas adds: "Yeah it was a big one!" Gee, I wonder where Nicholas gets that verbiage from????

It wasn't that big. It was more of a barking spider than anything else. Both Julian and Nicholas failed to mention on how I kicked butt in pool. Irregardless of the fact that neither of them could barely see the top of the tabel or hold the pool cues without help I ruled the game. Oh I forgot one other thing too they both seemed light headed during the game maybe that barking spider had a little more punch than I figured. All kidding aside I had fun with both of them. The parents should be proud of them. They are wise beyond their years.

That is all Bryan! I would just like to add that I have been trying for the last three weeks to try and get them to stop saying that. Not because its bad or anything, I just dont want Juian going to his first day of kindergarten saying I need to drop a deuce! Oh well, guess its better than saying I need to take a shit! Which around this house, I am surprised neither one of them has yet! LOL.They also picked up "Oh snap" from my dad.Pretty hilarious when Nickle says it with his lisp! Boys will be boys I guess....
