I noticed that my crochet stuff was all a mess on the floor, so I decided I would straighten it up. I started straightening and noticed the flowers I had crocheted last night. I stopped straightening and started to match buttons to my flowers to see what looked good. Couldn't pick a button, but decided that I needed a hat pattern to crochet that the flowers would look good on, so I went to the Internet. Before looking for patterns I checked my email and Facebook. I figured I would check on the hat pattern later. I pick up some of the trash that I gathered from my crochet area and went to throw it away. I saw that a pan on the stove needed washed so I put down the trash (on the counter) and took the pan to the sink. I saw that the counter was dirty so I started washing it and decided that there is too much stuff sitting around so I started to put things in cupboards and I noticed that there are finger prints all over the cupboard doors. I proceed to wipe them down. I look up and see bugs in the light fixture and I decide I am going to clean out the bugs. My mind suddenly switches to the fact that I could paint the cupboards. Maybe not completely, but I could put designs on them. Maybe even paint one door with chalk board paint. I go back to organizing and I find a cookbook. I spend probably 5 minutes looking up recipes. I wipe off the bookshelf and take the talking parrot that normally sits on top and I take it outside to the deck. I play with it for awhile. Then I just sit and look out at the water. I remember I was cleaning. I start to vacuum. I get the carpets halfway done when I think of an idea for my blog. I decide that instead of forgetting it I would type it right then.
After spending approximately one hour on the computer blogging about Windows 7 and googling whether or not I was the only one that thought that about Microsoft commercials (FYI I'm not the only one) and looking up everything that popped into my head...... I never finished cleaning up my crochet, never got a hat pattern, forgot to put the trash in the trash can and never even attempted to clean the bugs from the light. The cupboards are half clean as is the floor and the pan is still in the sink. Over the coarse of two hours I never really accomplished anything except write my blog.
Can you spell ADHD.
Complete Randomness. This is the ADHD of blogs; never focusing on one subject for very long.

The Theme Is.....Random
I think my Internet connection works or doesn't work based on the weather. I know it sound weird, but yesterday it was really really windy and the connection was slow and sometimes wouldn't even connect. The weather today is calm and it works like normal. It's a total wireless connection so maybe there is some truth to that. I'm going to take advantage of it while I can.
As I participate in my everyday life, things come up and I think: "ooh I'm going to have to blog about that". I forget a lot of stories by the time I'm sitting in front of my computer ready to type. My blogging life has now seeped into my dreams. I was dreaming last night, and in my dream I remember saying that I needed to blog about the events that had just happened. True to real life I don't remember what I was dreaming about that I needed to blog about.
Blogging has become a little more difficult for me. I feel a responsibility to produce interesting, funny, emotional and poignant blogs to entertain my three readers. Problem is, my life is not always interesting and funny or poignant. Sometimes I start writing something and quit halfway through because it doesn't seem like something anyone would want to read.
I blog under the assumption that I should have a blog theme. Entries that pertain to a certain subject. I think that's is what makes it difficult. In my mind I try to put things in a well defined box, but my blog is not about one thing. It's totally random. Like me! Light bulb moment.....That is my theme: random.
I feel so much better. I have a theme. My first blog two years ago addressed the question of a theme, now two years later it is finally defined. This may be confusing to some people but in my mind it makes total sense. I have continued direction for my blog. I was running out of energy and now I have renewed energy.
In a nut shell; you never know what you are going to get. It may be funny or it may be totally stupid. It may be an entire page, or it may be one sentence.
So you see, writing this blog now makes it ok for me to write something completely lame and it won't matter because now you know what you are getting in to, and you are reading of your own free will.
You have been warned.

I Need To Learn To Chill
I give up. I will never find a suitable substitute for Cremora. We're only going to be in Florida for 2 more weeks so I'm just going to have to suck it up till I get home. It will give me something to look forward to. Not that I'm not looking forward to seeing my family. My family does rate above Cremora. No, really they do!
I'm ready to go home. I have to go home so I can have something to write about. Let's face it. I've written 3 blogs about creamer. I've already written about riding my bike into town and going to the library. That's all I got. The weather has gotten better so there is a greater chance of my having an adventure to talk about.
It has been nice however not having a schedule. Where reading, crocheting, and taking a walk are the highlights of my day. The problem is that I didn't bring as much stuff with me as I normally do, so consequently I have less activities to occupy my time. I haven't gone over to the geriatric exercise classes as of yet. Maybe I should it might offer some entertainment. For now I'm going to go read my book, play a little nintendo scrabble and go to bed.
I'm not really complaining. I know I am one lucky girl in many many ways.

I've Gone International
I am able to track visits to my blog. It doesn't tell who visited, but it tracks the number of visits and from what countries. I have been visited by Japan, Australia, Germany, Brazil and of course the good 'ol US of A. This World Wide Web thing is pretty cool!

I'm Googleable
If you Google "whaddupdoe", my blog is the 2nd entry. Woo hoo! I don't really know what that means, but it's cool. The first entry is a video for a song called "Whaddup doe" or maybe it's "What's Up Doe", pronounced whaddup doe. Anyway, it's a rap song by a guy named Tone Tone. According to the video, whaddup doe is a Detroit greeting. So....Whaddup Doooooe...Detroit!! I'm sure someone looking for Tone Tone's video has happened onto my blog by mistake. They probably thought; what the hell is this? I'm definitely no rapper. My name of whaddup doe is also a greeting. But not to a girl, I really mean a doe. As in doe a deer a female deer. It was Bryan's idea and I kind of stole it. I actually bought the whaddupdoe.com name. There is no website there yet, but we have big plans, really big plans for that later. It will be more of a hunting and outdoor format. Maybe we can get Tone Tone to rap about one of the guys hunting adventures.
I've googled my name. Under one of my massage therapy associations, it is listed that I specialized in Soma Veda Thai Yoga. I don't even know what that is! Another example of why not to believe everything you see on the Internet. You can believe me though. I wouldn't lie to you.

2B2B
Too Busy To Blog. Joe is home and he's got my rhythm all off. He expects me to cook and do other wifely things. Plus I'm PMSed and I hate everyone. So in an effort to put forth positive energy, here is a thought...."The law of emotion states that any thought held in the mind and charged with emotion is rapidly accepted by the subconscious mind, activating all the other mental laws, turning inner thought into outer reality."

Home Sweet Home
We were able to get back into our condo this afternoon. I spent the entire rest of the day cleaning and putting things back together. I get to sleep in my own bed tonight thank goodness. Joe hurt his back lifting some boxes so he got out of cleaning. What a scammer. There is bad news though. There were some casualties as a result of the exterminating. Joe found some dead curly tailed lizards. We buried them and I said a prayer and we gave them there own little shell headstones.....just kidding, they did die but we didn't bury them or anything. Oh and our satellite tv died too. We think they moved the dish when they tented the building and so it messed up the signal. I don't really care that much but the satellite supplies not only us with tv but also our neighbors. They were none too happy about it! Instead of watching TV I am entertaining myself by blogging. I hate to sound stupid, but why is it called a blog? Does that stand for something? Did someone just say one day.....I want to reach as many people as I can on the Internet, I think I'll BLOG. God Bless my kids for commenting on my blog! If I told more than 3 or 4 people that I had a blog, maybe I would get more comments. Should I be embarrassed that I have a blog? Am I too old to blog? To blog or not to blog...that is the question.

Family Theme
A theme is evolving. It's all about Bryan. Whaddup Doe is his idea for the name of the hunting group at the farm. Bryan and Joe love the farm, but for different reasons. Joe loves nature walks and the birds and wildlife and the quiet slow idyllic life at the farm. Bryan on the other hand loves nature walks but he does it with a gun or bow and the wildlife is not safe. I personally could not hunt (exception: moles). We are however a product of evolution and the hunter gatherer trait is still in the genes of most men. I realize that last statement is stereotypical and sexist or whatever, but damn it, it's true and its my blog and I can say what I feel. (wow this is fun). I like the atmosphere of the farm. It's raw and old fashioned. Men hunt and women cook, all providing for the family in a different way. That is what it is about....family. Taking care of your own. Supporting each other and contributing to the well being of the group to the best of your abilities.

Blogger Virgin
I made my first comment to a blog today and opened my own account all in the same day. I feel so liberated. I really don't know what I am doing so I guess I will learn as I go. I don't have a goal yet either as to the theme of the blog, but I am sure it will evolve as time goes on.
